A Chartered Business Psychologist and a registered member of the Health Professions Council (UK). Jill is a business psychologist and executive coach with extensive experience of working at the most senior levels in government and in top-rated multi-national corporations.
Over the years Jill has led a wide range of client projects in the fields of selection, assessment and leadership development, as well as establishing and managing teams and organisations in the UK and southern Africa.

Helen Moss,

Helen is a HPC registered Chartered Psychologist who's membership includes the Division of Educational and Child Psychology of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Helen has extensive experience in teaching, learning support (SEN) and Dyslexia. During the the last ten years she has worked as an Educational Psychologist in Europe and the U.K.
Anna R. Edwards

A Chartered Psychologist and a registered member of the Health Professions Council (UK).
Anna lectured at the Department of Nursing and Health, at Letterkenny Institute of Technology. As a highly experienced occupational psychologist, Anna has been involved in many public and private sector projects, with her most recent being for the Department of Health Northern Ireland.
Samantha Waters,
Barrister & Mediator
Samantha Waters was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1999 and further qualified as a Solicitor in 2003. Samantha has a specialism in Employment Law and Corporate Governance.
Samantha has nineteen years public sector experience and was Head of Legal Services for eleven years before progressing to Director of Legal and Compliance, holding a multi-disciplined portfolio for four years. Samantha has excellent experience in employment law and has worked in-house supporting employers for the duration of her practice.
Samantha has a unique perspective of what employment/HR means to an employer and how to deliver. She has delivered day-to-day employment/HR support, conducted high profile HR and disciplinary investigations, advised and delivered multi-million pound Organisational Change Programmes; designed and delivered Organisational Leadership Programmes and has conducted a substantial volume of high value Employment Tribunal Claims.
Samantha held Directorship responsibility for the provision of Information Governance and has provided legal and practical advice on contentious Information Governance matters throughout her practice.
Dr. Joanne Fennell, BSc MSc PhD C Psychol AFBPsS

Jo started her career as a photographer were she worked in an industrial setting for some years before going to university as a mature student and studying a BSc in Psychology. She then went on to study an MSc and also a PhD in Applied Psychology in the field of aircraft cabin safety at what was then Cranfield Institute of Technology. Her research into aircraft cabin safety and awareness of the need for sensitivity and support for accident survivors led to the further development of what had been her longstanding interest in counselling and psychotherapy and she started bereavement counselling in a local agency. After completing her doctorate and some careful weighing up of career paths she decided to further her counselling training and subsequently became a Counselling lecturer at the University of Southampton where she developed, and was course director, of the BA Counselling programme. Alongside her lecturing role she maintained a private counselling, psychotherapy and supervision practice for over twenty years.
Jo is an HCPC registered and BPS Chartered, Counselling Psychologist as well as an accredited BACP counsellor and psychotherapist. Her counselling private practice as a humanistic integrative therapist is ongoing and she sees clients with wide ranging issues including relationships, work stress, bereavement, identity and low mood.
