By focusing on assessment, learning, and actionable growth, our program equips you to lead with purpose, authenticity, and confidence in the workplace and beyond.
Our powerful transformational leadership package is as follows and includes:
• An introductory virtual or in person meeting (30 minutes)
• The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series assessment to illuminate the self-discovery voyage.
• A 120-minute virtual (or in person)* feed-back and coaching session to build a roadmap.
• Incorporate 360 feedback in to development process.
• 5 x 60-minute virtual (or in person)* coaching sessions to discuss progress & roadblocks.
• Recordings of coaching calls (for Zoom users) to capture insights.
• Unlimited mini sessions (max 15 minutes using WhatsApp) for rapid solutions.
• Tripartite conversations with the leader's sponsor for synchronicity and growth (20 minutes)
• Post-program online check-ins at 9 and 12 months, (max 30 minutes) to ensure sustained transformation.
