She has worked with leading private and public organisations including Abbey National, Barclays, C&A retailers, the UK Cabinet Office, Coutts Private Bankers, Civil Aviation Authority, Department of Employment, FORDS of Europe, the Home Office, and Thomson Tour Operators.
Her degrees include PhD and MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University (UK); MA in Law and Employment Relations from the Law Faculty of Leicester University (UK); BSc (Hons) in Biology from King's College, University of London (UK). She is qualified in the use of Occupational and Educational tests, and is highly experienced in the use of 16 Personality Factor inventory, Saville Wave instruments, NEO-PIR. OPQ - all well-established and respected personality inventories, used for occupational & personal development.
Early in her career, Chintha trained and worked as a criminal psychologist at one of UK's high security young offender institutes and taught advanced level psychology to young and mature students in Milton Keynes & Oxford Colleges of Higher Education. Chintha was employed as a higher psychologist in the British Civil Service for a number of years, consulted on Leadership Development programmes to the Cabinet Office, and has supported law enforcement through psychometric profiling.
Chintha remains academically connected & up-to-date, through her research and extensive participation, including chairing, in professional conferences. She has been contributing to the dissemination of psychological knowledge through various, non profit, Psychology in the community projects in Europe & in Asia.
Chintha's qualifications & experiences are recognised at the highest level by national & international professional regulatory bodies that control the practice of Psychology, Career Development and Mediation.
