I’m a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the BPS, and Founding Director of Oxford Psychometrics Ltd, with over 28 years’ experience helping organisations create inclusive, high-performing workplaces. My work has taken me across public and private sectors, partnering with organisations like WWF, Barclays, the UK Cabinet Office, and the Civil Aviation Authority to design innovative talent development solutions.

The British Psychological Society's  Occupational & Coaching Psychology Divisions have recognised my Educational sector work for its transformational impact.  With a PhD and MSc in Applied Psychology, an MA in Law and Employment Relations, and expertise in psychometric tools like 16PF, Hogan, and Saville Wave, I combine scientific rigour with practical insights.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a criminal psychologist, taught psychology in higher education, and supported leadership development in the British Civil Service. Today, I stay connected through research, professional conferences, and community psychology projects across Europe and Asia. I’m passionate about helping individuals and organisations thrive.
