Chintha Dissanayake, founder of Oxford Psychometrics, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 18 years of experience in occupational assessment and development.
Early in her career, Chintha trained and worked as a criminal psychologist at one of UK's high security young offender institutes; she also taught advanced level psychology to young and mature students and enjoyed several years as a higher psychologist in the British Civil Service.

Rosamund Reuter, MSc., is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist. AFBPsS and HPC Registered. Rosamund's career in psychology, spanning over 30 years working with children, adolescents and families, has been in the UK, Hong Kong, Tokyo & Singapore and in Belgium. Helen Moss, B.A, PGCE, M.Ed, M.Sc, is a Chartered Educational Psychologist, experienced in the field of special needs education. Helen, also a BAC accredited counsellor, started her career in the UK, and then worked in Finland and now lives in Antwerp and works closely with the Anglophone community in Belgium.
Anna R. Edwards, MA, MA, MSc, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a registered member of the Health Professions Council (UK). Anna lecturers in the Department of Nursing and Health, at Letterkenny Institute of Technology. As a highly experienced occupational psychologist, Anna has been involved in many public and private sector projects, with her most recent being for the Department of Health Northern Ireland on gaps in services for survivors of sexual violence and trauma and bereavement counselling.
The title of Chartered Psychologist is legally recognised under the Royal Charter.
It is the benchmark of professional recognition, reflects the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise, and allows a psychologist to use the abbreviation
CPsychol after their name.
