Chintha Dissanayake, founder  of  Oxford Psychometrics,  is  a Chartered Occupational Psychologist  with over 17 years of experience in  occupational assessment  and  development. 
 
Early in  her  career, Chintha  trained  and  worked  as  a  criminal psychologist  at  one  of  UK's  high  security  young  offender  institutes;  she  also  taught  advanced level  psychology  to  young  and  mature students  and  enjoyed  several  years  as  a  higher psychologist  in  the British  Civil  Service.

Helen Moss, B.A, PGCE, M.Ed, M.Sc,  is  a  Chartered  Educational Psychologist,  experienced  in  the field  of  special  needs education.    Helen,  also  a BAC accredited counsellor,  started her career  in the UK, and  then worked in Finland and now lives in Antwerp and works closely with  the  Anglophone  community  in  Belgium.
